Where do you ship?

  • As we want to maintain the best service quality, for the moment we only ship to France, Germany and Switzerland. For other countries, please kindly leave us a message via Facebook/Instagram before you make the order and we will arrange the specific delivery for you.

What are the delivery fees and delivery time?

Shipping:
- For products in stock: All orders placed before 3pm are shipped within 48hrs, except weekends and public holidays in France.
- For items that are currently out of stock: you can still make the order, and we will notify you once the order arrives (Usually within 7 business days) and ship to you as soon as possible.

Delivery:
France:
- Free delivery from 150 euros upwards; Fee of 6 euros if below
-Delivered within 2 - 5 working days unless other wise indicated on the website
-Express/Faster deliveries are available for an additional cost.

Other countries in the EU:
- Free delivery from 200 euros upwards. Fee of 13 euros if below.
- Delivered within 5-10 working days unless otherwise indicated on the website
- Express/Faster deliveries are available for an additional cost.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

How to exchange a product?

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, our face mask is not returnable or exchangeable. 

1. Contact our customer service at info@sois-simple.com to for the products you wish to exchange.

2. Pack your garment in the original plastic bag and box (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can). Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely. The exchange shall be effected within 14 days upon receiving of goods.

3. The delivery fee for exchange is at your cost. 

4. The responsibilities for exchange is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage or delivery from the delivery third party and update our customer service agent.

5. We expect the items to be returned clean, unworn and with all their labels attached. Naturally, any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be exchanged and will be sent back to you.

7. Once we receive the intact product, we will arrange the shipping of a new product within 48 hours unless indicated otherwise by the customer service agent.

How to return a product?

We are really sorry that you do not like our product but we would really appreciate that you can follow the below instructions for the caring of our product. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, our face mask is not returnable or exchangeable.

2. The delivery fee for return is at your cost.

3. The responsibilities for return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage or delivery from the delivery third party. 

4. We expect the  items are returned clean, unworn and with all their labels attached for the caring of our precious silk. Naturally, any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

When can I expect to receive the refund?

You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received an email within 14 days after sending your garments back to us, please contact us for further assistance.
